Every partner carries a number, and every partner has called their whole network. Give each one outreach they run themselves.
A partner at a 10 to 50 person boutique consulting firm can run LinkedIn outreach in their own voice, on their own LinkedIn account, from their own Claude or ChatGPT, with no business development hire. Each partner states who they want to meet, approves the people, the offer and the messages, and reviews each reply that their AI writes. This page also shows the two ways several partners fit in GTM Bud, and what each way costs you.
The short answer for a partner with a number
LinkedIn outreach for consulting firms works at the partner level when each partner owns one campaign: their audience, their LinkedIn account, their words, their review of each reply. With GTM Bud, a partner directs that campaign from their own Claude or ChatGPT. Nobody else writes to executives under the partner’s name, and the firm does not need a business development hire to start.
This page is for a partner at a boutique consulting firm with 10 to 50 people where partners sell and carry personal targets. A solo adviser should read outbound for consultants. A managing partner who sells for the whole firm alone is closer to AI LinkedIn outreach for B2B service firm CEOs.
The situation: the network is used up
A 28 person operations consultancy in Rotterdam has five partners. Each carries a personal target for sold work. For eleven years the firm grew from the partners’ former employers and from clients who changed jobs. In the September partner meeting, the pipeline sheet has fourteen lines, and nine of them are existing clients.
Ingrid leads the supply chain practice. She has contacted every person she worked with before 2020. Her question for the October meeting is narrow: can each partner prospect on their own, in their own name, without the firm hiring someone who has never scoped an engagement?
How several partners fit in GTM Bud
We checked this in the product before we wrote it. Four facts decide the setup:
- One GTM Bud account can hold several LinkedIn sender accounts. A campaign is given its sending accounts on gtmbud.com.
- A LinkedIn account can be connected to one GTM Bud account only. A second GTM Bud account that tries to connect the same LinkedIn account is refused.
- One GTM Bud account is one sign-in. The connector acts as the person who signed in, and that person’s AI can read every campaign and every reply of the account. The connector has no partner seats, no roles and no private areas inside an account.
- The seller profile and the reply playbook can be set for each campaign. So one account can hold campaigns for different partners, each with that partner’s profile and rules.
That leaves two honest setups.
| Setup | Who types in the chat | What you gain | What you lose |
|---|---|---|---|
| One GTM Bud account per partner | Each partner, in their own Claude or ChatGPT | Privacy, own voice, own pace | No single firm view. No check for overlap between partners |
| One firm account | One operator for all partners | One list of campaigns, overlap removed inside the account | Partners do not work from their own chat. One desk reviews all replies |
If the job is “each partner, from their own AI chat”, the answer is the first row. The rest of this page follows it.
Five prompts a partner can use
- “Create a campaign draft named Ingrid supply chain for VPs of supply chain and heads of logistics at food and beverage producers with 500 to 5,000 employees in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Read the criteria check back to me.”
- “Set the seller profile of this draft to the firm website and my own LinkedIn profile, not the firm page. Then tell me what you learned about my practice from both.”
- “After the value offers are saved, get the sequence brief and write the messages the way I write to a former client: short, no adjectives, one question at the end. Show me everything before you save.”
- “Save this as the reply playbook of my campaign only: I do not send a credentials deck, I do not name a day rate, and an Interested lead gets a 30 minute call with me, not with an associate.”
- “The partner meeting is on Thursday. Give me my campaign results with the as-of time and the count of Interested replies I have not answered.”
A worked example: one partner, one campaign
The names are invented.
The audience sentence. “VPs of supply chain and heads of logistics at food and beverage producers with 500 to 5,000 employees in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.”
The criteria check. The check passed every criterion. Ingrid’s AI then raised a point of its own: “head of logistics” at a 500 person producer and at a 5,000 person producer are different jobs. Did she want both? She kept both and made “has responsibility for more than one site” a nice-to-have criterion, which is a preference and does not reject a person.
Two people from the preview.
- Thomas W., VP Supply Chain at a dairy producer with about 2,400 employees near Zwolle. Marked Good fit: multi-site, the right role, a sector where Ingrid has two finished projects.
- Katrin H., Head of Logistics at a 700 person logistics provider that serves food producers. Marked Not a fit, with the note “a carrier, not a producer”, and with the option to exclude everyone like this.
The seller profile. The first version had the firm’s LinkedIn company page in it. GTM Bud needs a personal profile, and a campaign with a company page cannot launch. Ingrid gave her own profile URL. This is the step that makes the campaign hers and not the firm’s.
One reply. A lead wrote: “We just finished a network study with one of the large firms. Not sure what you would add.” The campaign playbook says: no credentials deck, do not attack the other firm, ask what happened after the study. The AI wrote:
“Thomas, a study from a large firm is usually sound on the design. Our work starts after it: which sites change first and who runs the change. Has the board approved a sequence yet?”
Ingrid replaced “usually sound on the design” with “a good base”, approved it, and the AI sent that exact text.
Three objections partners raise
“Partners at my level do not send cold messages.” Then test it on yourself first, not on the firm. You approve each person in the preview and each word in the sequence, and a launch needs your confirmation of a preview in the chat. If the first message is not one you would send by hand to a former client’s peer, do not launch it. What this cannot do is make outreach feel like an introduction. It is a first contact from a stranger with a good reason.
“The managing partner wants one pipeline report.” With one account per partner, GTM Bud will not produce it. It has no firm roll-up across accounts and it sends no report on a schedule. Each partner asks for their results on the same day and pastes one dated line into the pipeline sheet. If one view matters more than privacy, choose the firm account and accept one operator.
“My assistant handles my inbox. Can she handle this?” The review happens in the AI session of whoever signed in to your GTM Bud account. An assistant can clear the Not interested replies with you beside her. The replies that scope work should stay with you: your AI shows each one for review, and GTM Bud instructs it to send only after you approve the exact text. That is an instruction to the AI, not a technical lock, so the person in the chair is the control.
What stays outside the chat
Each partner connects their LinkedIn account, chooses it for the campaign and sets the sending schedule on gtmbud.com. Launch needs an active plan or trial on that GTM Bud account. GTM Bud focuses on Sales Navigator accounts. The connector does not take your list of former clients: you describe an audience, and GTM Bud finds the people.
Set it up
Each partner adds the connector to their own assistant with the steps on GTM Bud for ChatGPT. The tool list is on the GTM Bud connector page. For the wider case for outbound in a consulting practice, read lead generation for management consultants.
Why outbound feels impossible for small teams
Your personal revenue target went up again in January, and the list of former colleagues you can call has not grown since you made partner
The partner meeting reviews pipeline once a month, and three of five partners report the same two prospects under different names
The firm discussed a business development hire twice, and both times no partner wanted a stranger writing to executives under the firm name
Your practice is supply chain and the partner next door sells pricing work, so one firm-wide message describes neither of you
A buyer who answers a message from the firm expects to talk to a partner, and gets an associate who cannot scope the work
That's exactly why we built GTM Bud.
How GTM Bud helps
One campaign per partner, with that partner as the seller
A seller profile belongs to one campaign: the firm website and the personal LinkedIn profile of one person. Your AI reads both before it writes, so a campaign for the pricing partner is written from the pricing partner.
Your LinkedIn account sends your campaign
You connect your own LinkedIn account on gtmbud.com and choose it as the sending account of your campaign. Connection requests and messages go out from that account.
Reply rules that match how you sell
Each campaign can hold its own reply playbook, and it wins over the account playbook where they differ. Your AI writes each answer from it and shows it to you for review before it sends.
A partner meeting with dated numbers
Each partner asks their AI for campaign results, and the numbers come with an as-of time. Five partners bring five dated lines in place of five impressions.
How GTM Bud works
We find your ideal clients
Tell us who you want to reach. We build a list of best-fit leads matched to your ideal client profile using real activity signals, not just job titles.
Our proven system runs the campaign
Built from the playbook that booked 7,000+ meetings at our parent agency. Every sequence, timing, and touchpoint is battle-tested.
Connect your accounts and go
Link your LinkedIn and email. We handle the multi-channel sequence: connection requests, DMs, emails, all timed and spaced so nothing feels spammy.
Most tools hand you a database and wish you luck. GTM Bud gives you the leads, the messages, and the strategy. You just show up and close.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. A partner connects their own LinkedIn account on gtmbud.com, chooses it as the sending account of their campaign, and directs the campaign from their own Claude or ChatGPT through the GTM Bud connector. The messages are sent from that partner and the replies come back to that partner for review.
One GTM Bud account can hold several LinkedIn sender accounts, and each campaign is given its sending accounts on gtmbud.com. But one GTM Bud account is one sign-in, and the connector shows every campaign and every reply of that account to the AI that signed in. A LinkedIn account can be connected to one GTM Bud account only.
Use one per partner if each partner must work from their own AI chat and keep their conversations private. Use one firm account if one person, such as a managing partner or a chief of staff, will operate outreach for all partners and review all replies. The first choice loses the single view. The second loses privacy and puts the review on one desk.
The sequence is written by your AI from the GTM Bud writing brief, your website and your LinkedIn profile, and you read it and change it before it is saved. GTM Bud then sends the saved text and fills the per-lead parts. The voice is as close to yours as the text you approve.
Inside one GTM Bud account, GTM Bud guards against it: it removes people that the account already contacted or holds as a lead in a different campaign. Across two separate GTM Bud accounts nothing links the campaigns, so partners with overlapping markets must agree on who covers which industry or region.
It replaces the prospecting and the first messages, not the judgment. A partner still approves the audience, reads each reply and takes the first call. If no partner will give that time each week, a hire or this tool will fail for the same reason.
