By accessing or using GTM Bud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
GTM Bud is a platform that helps users create and manage outbound campaigns, generate lead lists, and send outreach through channels including LinkedIn connection requests, InMail, and email. GTM Bud sends this outreach from the LinkedIn and email accounts that you connect. You can also connect an AI assistant to your GTM Bud account with the GTM Bud connector.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Current prices are on the pricing page . Prices are subject to change with notice.
What is billed: a subscription is charged for each LinkedIn account and each email account that you connect and include in your plan. You choose a billing period of 1 month or 3 months.
Free trial: the trial lasts 14 days. It starts when you launch your first campaign, not when you sign up. You do not need a payment card to start it. If you choose a plan and save a card during the trial, the first charge is taken when the trial ends. If you do not, you are not charged, and GTM Bud stops new outreach when the trial ends until you subscribe.
Renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the saved payment method is charged, until the subscription is canceled.
Changes during a billing period: when you add an account to an active subscription, GTM Bud shows you a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period and asks you to approve it. When you disconnect an account, it stays in the billed count until the end of the current billing period and is removed at renewal.
Cancellation: to cancel, email [email protected] . You can manage your payment methods and see your invoices in the billing portal in Settings. If you cancel, your subscription does not renew.
Refunds: all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of all content you create using GTM Bud. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Buying or applying a profile upgrade does not grant permission to use your name, photo, banner, headline, About text, or before-and-after profile in marketing. We will ask for separate, optional permission before featuring your profile on our website or in sales and marketing material. Declining does not affect your purchase, profile update, revisions, or support. If you give permission, you can ask us to remove it at any time, and we will remove it from our website within 14 days.

You are responsible for the LinkedIn and email accounts that you connect and for everything that is sent from them through the Service. You may connect only accounts that you are permitted to use. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services that you connect. GTM Bud is an independent service. Those third-party services can limit, restrict, or close an account under their own rules, and GTM Bud does not control their decisions.
When you connect an AI assistant with the GTM Bud connector, the assistant acts on your GTM Bud account with the permissions that you allowed. You are responsible for the instructions that you give it and for the actions that it takes. You review, and are responsible for, the content that your AI assistant sends through the connector. The provider of your AI assistant handles your data under its own terms. You can disconnect the assistant at any time in GTM Bud Settings or in its settings.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
GTM Bud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email to [email protected] .
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
