Your SDR left. Your reps still have LinkedIn accounts. Keep outbound running without a new hire.
A sales leader with 3 to 10 reps can keep LinkedIn outbound and reply handling steady without an SDR by making each rep LinkedIn account a sender in one GTM Bud account and running it from Claude or ChatGPT. You keep one reply playbook for the team, duplicate the campaign that works for each territory, and review every reply before it is sent.
The short answer for a sales leader
You can keep LinkedIn outbound and reply handling steady without hiring a replacement SDR if the sending comes from the rep accounts you already have and one person directs the work through an AI. With GTM Bud, each rep LinkedIn account is a sender in one GTM Bud account, your AI writes the replies from one team playbook, and you approve each reply before it is sent.
This page is for a VP Sales or Head of Sales at a B2B services firm or a small SaaS company with 3 to 10 reps. It is not a guide for a solo founder, and it is not a guide for a large sales development team with its own operations staff.
Three situations this is built for
The SDR quit and replies pile up. The campaigns still run and leads still answer. Nobody owns the answers. Your first job is to sort the replies and answer the interested leads. For a day by day plan, ask your AI to work through the prompts below in order.
The board wants pipeline by Q4. A new hire takes time to find and time to ramp. A duplicated campaign for each territory can be prepared in one session, and each one launches after you confirm its preview.
Reps have Sales Navigator seats they do not use. Reps close deals. They do not prospect every day, and no amount of reminders changes that. When each rep account is a sender, outreach goes out under the rep name without the rep doing the prospecting.
Five prompts a sales leader can use
- “Show me every campaign and its results. I will tell you which rep account sends each one.”
- “Read all new lead replies across the team. Label each one Interested, Warm or Not interested, and list the Interested ones first.”
- “Write replies for the Interested leads with our team playbook. If a lead asks about price, do not quote. Offer a call with the rep for that territory. Show me each reply before it goes.”
- “Duplicate the Midwest campaign. Change the audience to operations directors at third-party logistics companies with 50 to 500 employees in Texas and Oklahoma. Run the criteria check and preview prospects.”
- “For each territory campaign, tell me what is still missing before launch.”
A worked example: one territory, start to results
The firm in this example sells managed IT services to logistics companies. It has six reps, one for each territory. The names below are invented.
The audience sentence. “Operations directors at third-party logistics companies with 50 to 500 employees in the US Midwest.”
What the criteria check said. The role and the company size were clear. The check passed every criterion. Her AI then asked two things before the preview. First, it listed the states it would treat as the Midwest and asked for confirmation. Second, it noted that “third-party logistics” could also match freight brokers and asked if those should be included. The answer was no, so the sentence became “third-party logistics companies that operate warehouses, not freight brokers”.
Two previewed prospects.
- Dana R., Director of Operations at a contract warehousing company with about 180 employees in Ohio. Marked Good fit: right role, right company type, inside the size range.
- Marcus T., Operations Manager at a freight brokerage with 12 employees in Illinois. Marked Not a fit: a brokerage, and below the size range.
One value offer. “A free review of your warehouse network uptime, with a written list of the three largest risks to your shift schedule.” GTM Bud gave its instructions for value offers, the AI researched the firm website and wrote the offer, and GTM Bud checked and saved it.
One reply draft. A lead wrote: “We have a provider, but the contract is up in March. What would you do differently?” The AI followed the team playbook (no price, no long pitch, offer a call with the territory rep at the times the playbook holds for that rep, which for Ohio are Tuesday and Thursday afternoon) and wrote:
“March is a good time to compare. The short version: we work only with warehouse operators, so we start from your shift schedule, not from a ticket queue. Would a 20 minute call with Priya, who covers Ohio, be useful? Tuesday or Thursday afternoon both work.”
The sales leader changed one word and approved it. Her AI then sent that exact text through GTM Bud.
The results question. “Compare the Midwest campaign with the Texas copy. Which one has more Interested replies, and which campaign has replies that still wait for an answer?”
Three objections sales leaders raise
“My reps will not want messages sent under their name that they did not write.” That concern is fair, and the review step is the answer to it only if you use it well. Your AI writes each reply and shows it to you before it is sent. The person who reviews is the person signed in to the GTM Bud account. This setup is one account that you run, and this page does not promise a separate login for each rep. Agree with each rep what the playbook says, and where a lead goes after the first answer.
“Reviewing replies for six reps is a job. I do not have a spare job.” It is real work, and it does not disappear. Each LinkedIn account can send up to 40 replies a day, so six accounts can mean a long review list on a busy day. The labels make the list shorter: answer Interested first, batch Warm, and close Not interested with one line or not at all. If the list is still too long, that is the signal to slow new first messages with the sending mode control.
“I cannot promise the board a number from this.” Correct, and this page does not give you one. Results depend on your audience, your offer and your reps. What you get is a per-campaign view that you can ask for at any time, which lets you say which territory works and which one you changed. GTM Bud does not send scheduled reports to you or to the board.
What stays outside the chat
Connecting each LinkedIn account, choosing the sending accounts for a campaign, and setting the sending schedule are done on gtmbud.com. The 14-day free trial starts when you launch your first campaign.
Setup and the full capability list
Setup takes a few minutes: add the connector to Claude with the steps on GTM Bud for Claude, or to ChatGPT with the steps on GTM Bud for ChatGPT. For everything the connector can do, see the GTM Bud connector page.
Why outbound feels impossible for small teams
The SDR who ran outbound gave notice, and the replies to their campaigns now wait with nobody assigned to answer them
The board asked for a pipeline number by Q4, and a new SDR hire would still be ramping when the quarter ends
You pay for a Sales Navigator seat for every rep, and most reps have not opened it this month because prospecting is not their job
Each rep answers leads in a different way, so a price question gets five different answers across five territories
One campaign works in one territory, and nobody has had the time to rebuild it for the other four
That's exactly why we built GTM Bud.
How GTM Bud helps
Every rep sends, and you run it
Each rep LinkedIn account is a sender in one GTM Bud account. A campaign can be assigned specific senders, so the Midwest campaign goes out under the Midwest rep. You direct all of it from your own AI.
One reply playbook for the whole team
Write the rules once: when to offer a call, what to say about price, when to hand the lead to the rep. Your AI follows the account playbook for every reply, and each campaign can have its own playbook for the territory.
The working campaign, once per territory
Duplicate the campaign that already gets replies, change the audience to the next territory, and check real matching prospects before it launches.

Frequently asked questions
Move the work from one person to a system that you direct. Connect the LinkedIn accounts of the reps who stay as senders in one GTM Bud account, add the GTM Bud connector to your own AI, and let the AI write replies from a team playbook. You review each reply before GTM Bud sends it.
Yes. One GTM Bud account can hold several LinkedIn sender accounts, and each campaign can be assigned specific senders. One person signs in, asks the AI for results per campaign, and reviews the replies. The work that stays with that person is the review, up to 40 replies a day for each LinkedIn account.
Use one reply playbook for the account. The playbook holds your rules for price questions, meeting offers and handoffs, and your AI follows it for every reply it writes. Add a campaign playbook when one territory needs a different rule.
Ask your AI to duplicate the campaign, then give the new audience in one sentence. Your AI writes the targeting criteria, and GTM Bud checks them and shows real matching prospects that you mark Good fit or Not a fit. The copy keeps the sending accounts of the original, and you change them to the rep for the new territory on gtmbud.com.
That is not the flow. Your AI writes each reply and shows it to you, and GTM Bud instructs the AI to send only the exact text that you approved. GTM Bud launches a campaign only after you confirm a preview.
Ask your AI for the results of each campaign. Because each territory has its own campaign, you get a per-territory view that you can compare week to week. GTM Bud does not send a scheduled report, so you ask for the numbers when you need them.
Your next meeting is one campaign away.
