Sell LinkedIn outreach under your agency name. Run it from your own AI chat.
GTM Bud is not a white-label dashboard. It has no custom branding, no client login and no sub-accounts. What an agency of 5 to 20 people can do is sell LinkedIn outreach as its own service, run every client campaign from one GTM Bud account through Claude or ChatGPT, and send the client a report that the agency writes. The client buys a result from you and never needs a tool login.
The short answer on white label LinkedIn outreach
White label LinkedIn outreach with GTM Bud means one thing: your agency sells the service under its own name and runs the campaigns itself. It does not mean a dashboard with your logo. GTM Bud has no white-label dashboard, no custom branding, no client login, no client workspace and no sub-accounts.
The setup is one GTM Bud account that your agency signs in to, the GTM Bud connector in your Claude or ChatGPT, and one connected LinkedIn account for each client. You build and manage each client campaign in the chat. The client gets a report that you write.
This page is for the owner of a marketing or lead generation agency with 5 to 20 people who wants to add outbound without building software and without hiring SDRs. If your clients expect a portal where they log in and watch numbers move, stop here. GTM Bud does not give you that.
What “white label” is and is not here
| The client expects | With GTM Bud |
|---|---|
| A service with the agency name on it | Yes. Your contract, your report, your account manager |
| A dashboard with the agency logo | No. There is no branded dashboard |
| A login to check the campaign | No. There is no client login and no client workspace |
| Never to see a vendor name | No. The LinkedIn connection link opens on gtmbud.com |
| Messages that come from the client company | Yes. The campaign sends from the LinkedIn account of a client person |
| A weekly report | Yes, written by you. GTM Bud sends no scheduled report and no PDF |
Most agency clients ask for the first, the fifth and the sixth row. If yours ask for the second or third, a platform built as a client portal fits better.
A worked example: Marta’s agency takes its first outbound client
The people and companies in this example are invented.
Marta owns an 11 person demand generation agency in Rotterdam. On a Tuesday in October, a retainer client that sells warehouse scanning hardware asks if the agency can “also do LinkedIn”. The client’s sales director, Koen, will be the sender. Marta wants a pilot proposal on his desk by Friday.
Tuesday: the connection. Marta already connected her own LinkedIn account when she set up GTM Bud. On the account page of gtmbud.com she selects “Share Connection Link”, enters Koen’s LinkedIn profile address and copies the link. The link is for one use and expires after 7 days. She sends it with one line: “This opens a page of the software we use. Sign in to LinkedIn there and choose your sending days.”
Koen opens it. The page is on gtmbud.com. It says “Connect your LinkedIn account” and shows his profile address. He continues, signs in to LinkedIn in a separate tab, and then confirms the timezone, the hours and the weekdays on which his account can send. The same step has a switch, on by default, with the words “Warm up leads before the connection request”: GTM Bud then views a lead’s profile and likes a recent post of the lead before the request. Marta told him about that switch in advance, because the like shows in his LinkedIn activity. He has no GTM Bud account and is not asked to make one.
Wednesday: the draft. In Claude, Marta types the audience: “Operations directors and warehouse managers at third party logistics companies with 100 to 1,000 employees in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.” Her AI writes the criteria from that sentence, and GTM Bud checks them. The check flagged one criterion, “runs more than three warehouses”, because that cannot be read from a LinkedIn profile or a company page, and it gave a suggested rewrite based on company size. Marta accepted the rewrite.
Wednesday: the preview. The prospect preview returned real people. Marta marked Anouk D., Operations Director at a logistics company with about 400 employees in Venlo, as a good fit. She marked Pieter H., a warehouse consultant who works alone, as not a fit. She took a screenshot of four good fits for the proposal.
Thursday: the offer and the messages. Marta’s AI set the seller profile of the draft to the client’s website and Koen’s LinkedIn profile, then wrote value offers from what the client really gives away, such as a pick-rate benchmark for one warehouse zone. GTM Bud checked and saved them. Marta sent Koen the message sequence as a document, because that is how he reads things.
Friday: the proposal. It has four parts: the audience sentence, four previewed prospects, the first message, and the weekly report template. Nothing is sent to prospects until Koen approves the sequence and Marta confirms the launch preview in the chat.
Five prompts for the agency side of the chat
- “List my sending accounts and tell me which ones are connected, which are paused and which have Sales Navigator.”
- “Create a campaign draft named ‘Client: Scanfield, 3PL operations, DACH and Benelux’ for the audience I describe next, and show me each criterion that the check flagged.”
- “Set the seller profile of the Scanfield draft to the client’s website and Koen’s personal LinkedIn profile, then read the client’s website yourself and tell me what a logistics buyer would care about.”
- “Get the campaign reply playbook for Scanfield and propose rules for three cases: a price question, a request for a reference customer, and ‘we already use a competitor’. Show me the exact text before you save it.”
- “For each campaign whose name starts with ‘Client:’, give me the results with the as-of time in one table, so I can write Friday’s reports.”
Three objections an agency owner should raise
“If there is no client login, how does the client trust the numbers?” They trust you, and the report is your document. That is a real cost: you cannot point a skeptical client at a live screen. You can give each number its as-of time, and you can open real conversations in your chat during a call. The campaign sends from the client’s own LinkedIn account, so ask the sender to read the conversations in LinkedIn too. A client who needs to check a live view alone, at any hour, needs a different product.
“The client sees gtmbud.com on the connection page. Does that break the white label?” It breaks a strict one. The client sees the gtmbud.com address at the connection, and the page can also show the charge that the new account adds to your GTM Bud plan. On a paid plan, when the new account raises your account count, the page shows the price for each account and today’s charge, and the client cannot continue until the GTM Bud account owner opens that page while signed in and confirms it. That owner is you. Tell the client before you send the link: “We use software called GTM Bud to run this. You connect once and we handle the rest.” Agencies that say this plainly lose less trust than agencies that hide it.
“Can I see in the chat which LinkedIn account each campaign sends from?” No tool returns that. Your AI can list the connected sending accounts and it can list campaigns. You choose the sending account of each campaign on gtmbud.com, and you check the match there. For an agency this is the step to be most careful with, so put the client name in each campaign name.
What stays on gtmbud.com and what stays with you
On gtmbud.com: making connection links, choosing the sending account of each campaign, the sending schedule and billing. Each connected account is added to your plan, and launch needs an active plan or trial.
With you: the client contract, the approval of copy by the client, the report, and every reply. Your AI writes each reply and shows it for your review, and GTM Bud instructs it to send only after you approve the exact text. GTM Bud takes no list upload through the connector and has no CRM integration there. If your AI also has a connector to your own CRM or spreadsheet, it can read from that and then use GTM Bud in the same chat.
Where to go next
For the mechanics of running many client campaigns at once, read AI LinkedIn outreach for lead generation agencies. For what to tell a client who asks “is this a tool or is it you”, read what the client sees. If you would sooner have the whole service done for you than run it, see done for you outbound.
Setup is a short job. Add the connector by its address, https://gtmbud.com/mcp, with the steps on GTM Bud for Claude or GTM Bud for ChatGPT. The full tool list is on the GTM Bud connector page.
Why outbound feels impossible for small teams
Three retainer clients asked for outbound in the same quarter, and your only answers were a referral to another agency or a no
You priced a branded outreach platform and found that you would pay for a client portal that your clients would open twice
An SDR hire would need eight client accounts to pay for the salary, and you have two clients who asked
You do not want your team to learn a sending tool, a data tool and an inbox tool for a service that may stay small
A reseller contract would put another company between you and the client relationship that you spent years on
That's exactly why we built GTM Bud.
How GTM Bud helps
Your name on the service, your AI as the interface
The client signs your statement of work and reads your report. The work happens in your Claude or ChatGPT with the GTM Bud connector. No client sees a dashboard, because GTM Bud has no client dashboard to show.
One campaign for each client, in one account
Each campaign has its own name, audience, seller profile, value offers, message sequence and reply playbook. One GTM Bud account can hold the LinkedIn accounts of several people.
The client connects LinkedIn one time, with a link
You make a connection link on gtmbud.com and send it. The client signs in to LinkedIn through it and needs no GTM Bud account. The link opens on gtmbud.com, so the client does see that name once.
How GTM Bud works

Tell us who you want to reach. We build a list of best-fit leads matched to your ideal client profile using real activity signals, not just job titles.
Our proven system runs the campaign
Built from the playbook that booked 7,000+ meetings at our parent agency. Every sequence, timing, and touchpoint is battle-tested.
Connect your accounts and go

Frequently asked questions
No. GTM Bud has no white-label dashboard, no custom branding, no client login, no client workspace and no sub-accounts. The agency sells LinkedIn outreach as its own service and runs it from its own AI chat. The client reads a report that the agency writes.
At the connection, yes. The connection link that you send opens on gtmbud.com, and the client signs in to LinkedIn from that page. The page can also show the charge that the account adds to your plan. After that, the client opens GTM Bud again only if the account must be reconnected. If you need a service where the client never sees a vendor name, this is not that service.
Yes. Connected accounts belong to the GTM Bud account that made the connection link, and one account can hold several. During the trial the limit is 10 connected accounts in total across LinkedIn and email. In the chat, the list of sending accounts shows up to 20.
They see the person whose LinkedIn account sends the campaign. For a client campaign that is a person at the client, not your agency and not GTM Bud. Ask that person to open LinkedIn in the first week and read the conversations there, so that nothing about the sending surprises them.
You ask your AI for the results of that client's campaign with the as-of time, and you write the report in your own template. GTM Bud sends no scheduled report and makes no PDF. The report is your document, with your logo and your comment on the numbers.
GTM Bud does not ask the client to approve replies. Your AI writes each reply and shows it to the person signed in at the agency, and GTM Bud instructs the AI to send only the exact text that this person approved. If the client wants to see replies first, you arrange that outside GTM Bud.
