Nine client campaigns, four people, one AI chat.

A lead generation agency that already runs LinkedIn campaigns for 5 to 15 clients can take the next client without the usual extra hours. With the GTM Bud connector in Claude or ChatGPT, your team builds each audience from a sentence, checks real prospects, writes copy from the client's own material, and reviews replies campaign by campaign. GTM Bud has no client login and no sub-accounts: all campaigns live in one agency account.

The short answer for a lead generation agency

LinkedIn outreach software for lead generation agencies should remove the hours that each new client adds: list building, copy and reply handling. With GTM Bud your team does those three jobs from one AI chat: GTM Bud finds the people, and your AI writes the copy and the replies for a person to review. You keep one agency account, one campaign for each client, and one person who reviews what the AI prepared.

This page is for the founder of a lead generation agency that already runs LinkedIn campaigns for 5 to 15 clients, by hand or with a sending tool. You do not need to be told that outbound works. You need to know if the tenth client can be served by the team that serves nine.

One limit first. GTM Bud has no client login, no client workspace and no sub-accounts. Every client campaign sits in the same account, and your clients see only what you send them.

The second and fourth rows still need your judgment. The first row is where most of the time comes back, because lead finding continues after launch and you do not rebuild the list each week.

A worked example: onboarding client ten in one afternoon

The agency and the people in this example are invented.

Dev runs a lead generation agency with four people and nine clients. On a Monday a tenth client signs: a payroll software company that wants meetings with finance leaders at hospitality groups. The usual onboarding is three weeks. Dev wants a campaign ready for the client’s approval by Thursday.

Step 1: the sender. The sender is the client’s head of sales, Ilse. Dev makes a connection link on gtmbud.com with Ilse’s LinkedIn profile address and sends it. The link opens a page on gtmbud.com. She signs in to LinkedIn from it, with no GTM Bud account, and confirms her sending days and hours.

Step 2: the copy of the template. Dev keeps a draft campaign named “TEMPLATE: software to finance leaders”. He asks his AI to duplicate it with the name “C10 Payroll: hospitality finance, UK”. The copy arrives as a draft. It has the sequence structure and the reply playbook of the template, and no leads. It also carries the seller profile and the value offers of the template, which Dev replaces in step 5.

Step 3: the audience. Dev gives the sentence: “Finance directors, CFOs and heads of finance at hotel and restaurant groups with 200 to 5,000 employees in the United Kingdom.” The check passed every criterion. The AI then asked whether franchise operators count as “groups”. Dev said yes, when the operator employs the staff.

Step 4: the preview. Two of the people it showed:

  • Rhiannon T., Finance Director at a restaurant group with about 1,200 employees in Leeds. Marked good fit: employs hourly staff, right size.
  • Gareth M., CFO of a hotel booking software company. Marked not a fit: sells to hospitality, does not operate venues.

Dev told the AI to add “not software or service suppliers to hospitality” to the audience. He started a new preview after the change, because a changed audience gets a new run.

Step 5: the client’s own words. The AI set the seller profile of the copy to the client’s website and Ilse’s LinkedIn profile, got the value offer brief, and wrote three offers. Dev kept one: “A one page check of your tronc and holiday pay setup against the current rules.” GTM Bud checked and saved it. The AI then rewrote the sequence for the new audience and saved it.

Step 6: the sending account. On gtmbud.com, Dev changed the sending account of the copy from the template’s account to Ilse’s. The copy had kept the template’s sending accounts, and no tool in the chat shows which account a campaign uses, so Dev does this step on the site every time and checks it twice.

Step 7: approval. Dev sent the client the audience sentence, six previewed prospects and the full sequence. Launch waits for the client’s yes, then for the readiness check and Dev’s confirmation of the launch preview.

Five prompts for an agency that runs many campaigns

  • “Duplicate the campaign ‘TEMPLATE: software to finance leaders’ and name the copy ‘C10 Payroll: hospitality finance, UK’.”
  • “Go through my active campaigns one at a time. For each, list the replies that need an answer and how many are still without a label.”
  • “Open the conversation with Rhiannon T. in the C10 campaign, write a reply that follows the campaign playbook, and show it to me before anything is sent.”
  • “Set C4 and C7 to follow-ups only. Both clients are at a trade show this week and cannot take calls.”
  • “Lead finding for C2 has brought too many agencies. Stop lead finding for C2 and show me the current targeting criteria so we can fix them.”

Three objections a lead generation agency should raise

“My value is the list. If your software finds the people, what do I sell?” You sell the judgment about who is a fit, the offer and the handling of replies. If your clients pay you for a named account list that they approve line by line, GTM Bud changes your product, because it works from a description and not from a file. Some agencies will not want that trade, and they are right to keep a list-first tool.

“All clients in one account sounds like a mistake waiting to happen.” The risk is real. There are no walls between clients, only campaign names and campaign playbooks. Use a strict naming rule with the client code first, keep one campaign playbook for each client, and have the reviewer read the campaign name before each approval. A person who approves a reply for the wrong client is a process failure that the software will not catch for you.

“I need one screen with all nine clients.” The chat gives you a table when you ask for one, built from the results of each campaign, and each row has its own as-of time. Results can be up to about 15 minutes old. GTM Bud sends no scheduled report and makes no PDF. If your Monday meeting depends on a wall display that updates alone, keep what you have for that.

What your team still does

Your account managers still own the client. They collect the approval of copy, they decide which Interested leads the client should call first, and they write the report. The connector has no CRM integration and takes no list upload. If your AI has its own connector to your CRM, it can read a client’s notes there and then use GTM Bud in the same chat. That is your AI working with two connectors, not a GTM Bud feature.

Setup and related pages

Add the connector by its address, https://gtmbud.com/mcp, with the steps on GTM Bud for ChatGPT or GTM Bud for Claude. The tools are listed on the GTM Bud connector page.

If you plan to sell this under your own brand, read white label LinkedIn outreach for agencies for the limits. For the sending side alone, see LinkedIn outreach automation. For the choice between hiring an agency and buying software, which your own prospects weigh, see lead generation agency vs software.

Why outbound feels impossible for small teams

Client number ten would add a full day of list building each week, and your list builder already works on Sundays

Every client has a different idea of a good lead, and those ideas live in the heads of two account managers

Your sending tool sends well, but the audience comes from a second tool and the copy from a shared document that nobody has cleaned since spring

Replies for nine clients arrive in nine inboxes, and the fast answers go to the client whose manager happens to be at the desk

Onboarding takes three weeks, because each new campaign is built from an empty page

That's exactly why we built GTM Bud.

How GTM Bud helps

An audience from a sentence, checked against real people

Your AI turns the client's audience sentence into criteria. GTM Bud checks each criterion, finds matching people and shows them in a preview that you mark fit or not fit before launch.

A template campaign that you duplicate

A copy keeps the targeting, the message sequence, the message settings, the reply playbook, the sending accounts and the daily targets. You change what differs for the new client.

Reply rules for each client, in writing

An account playbook holds the rules of your agency. A campaign playbook holds the rules of one client and wins where the two conflict. Your AI follows both and shows you each reply for review.

How GTM Bud works

1

We find your ideal clients

Tell us who you want to reach. We build a list of best-fit leads matched to your ideal client profile using real activity signals, not just job titles.

2

Our proven system runs the campaign

Built from the playbook that booked 7,000+ meetings at our parent agency. Every sequence, timing, and touchpoint is battle-tested.

3

Connect your accounts and go

Link your LinkedIn and email. We handle the multi-channel sequence: connection requests, DMs, emails, all timed and spaced so nothing feels spammy.

Most tools hand you a database and wish you luck. GTM Bud gives you the leads, the messages, and the strategy. You just show up and close.
