HeyReach vs Waalaxy 2026: Price, Safety, Fit

HeyReach vs Waalaxy compared on per-sender pricing, multi-account rotation, safety, and email, plus the done-for-you option neither vendor sells.

Disclosure: GTM Bud is our product. We include it alongside competitors to give you a complete picture, and we call out its limitations honestly.

HeyReach vs Waalaxy is not really a feature fight. It is a fight between two different businesses: HeyReach sells multi-account sender rotation to agencies running LinkedIn outreach for many clients at once, and Waalaxy sells a freemium Chrome extension to one person who wants their first campaign live this afternoon. Pick the wrong side of that line and you either pay for infrastructure you never use or hit a ceiling three weeks in.

Our parent agency, Referral Program Pros, has run more than 4,000 outbound campaigns and booked over 7,000 meetings for clients, backed by a reply-rate guarantee of 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund. We built GTM Bud on that playbook, which is why this comparison ends somewhere neither vendor points you: at the work that is left over after the sending problem is solved.

If you have already ruled one of them out, we keep dedicated replacement guides for each: HeyReach alternatives and Waalaxy alternatives.

The short answer

HeyReach is agency infrastructure. It bills per connected LinkedIn sender, rotates one campaign across many accounts, deduplicates leads so two senders never hit the same prospect, and pools every reply into one shared inbox. Waalaxy is a solo tool. It bills per human seat, runs through a Chrome extension on your own LinkedIn session, includes an email finder, and keeps a permanent free plan that 2026 pricing reviews list near 80 invitations per month. Neither sends native cold email: HeyReach routes it to a paid partner platform, and Waalaxy gates credit-based email sequences behind its top individual tier. So the decision is mostly arithmetic. One or two accounts and a tight budget point to Waalaxy. Five or more sending accounts, client work, or a shared inbox requirement point to HeyReach. Both leave your lead list, your copy, and your replies exactly where they started, which is with you.

The last two rows are where the LinkedIn automation tool comparison gets decided for most teams, and neither vendor competes there.

What do HeyReach and Waalaxy actually cost?

The sticker prices are not comparable, because the two tools do not bill for the same thing.

HeyReach bills per sender. Each connected LinkedIn account is a billable unit, and 2026 pricing reviews put the Growth per-sender rate somewhere between $59 and $79 per month, with sources disagreeing on whether a 2026 price cut took it to the lower end and annual billing near $44. Above that sit two bundles those same reviews describe consistently: an Agency plan at $999 per month for 25 senders with whitelabel branding, dedicated onboarding, and a bring-your-own-proxy requirement, and a flat Unlimited plan at $1,999 per month. Human seats are free, so inviting teammates or clients into the dashboard costs nothing.

Waalaxy bills per seat. Reviews published in 2026 list Pro at 19 euros per user per month with 300 invitations and 25 email finder credits, Advanced at 49 euros, and Business at 69 euros with 500 email credits and cold email sequences unlocked, with annual billing discounted up to roughly half. Two costs sit outside those tiers: a LinkedIn Inbox add-on reported near 20 euros per user per month, and the fact that email sequences only exist on the most expensive individual plan.

Here is the arithmetic that matters. At one account, Waalaxy Pro is a fraction of HeyReach’s entry rate. At 25 senders, the HeyReach Agency bundle lands near $40 per sender, cheaper per account than Waalaxy Business and with rotation included. The crossover sits somewhere around five accounts, and it arrives faster if you need a shared inbox, because that is bundled in one product and billed as an add-on in the other.

One more note on Waalaxy pricing history: multiple 2026 review roundups flag price increases as the single most common complaint, with reviewers reporting that plan prices have roughly doubled since 2022. Budget for the tier you will be on in month six.

How does multi-account sending differ between HeyReach and Waalaxy?

Sender rotation is the single feature that separates these two products. HeyReach runs one campaign across many connected LinkedIn accounts, distributing the sending volume across them so no individual profile exceeds a safe daily limit, while anti-duplication logic prevents two senders from contacting the same prospect. Every reply from every account lands in one shared inbox, which is what makes it workable for an agency with several people covering many client profiles. Vendor-comparison write-ups published in 2026 describe this as the reason agencies reach 1,000 or more weekly touches without any single account going over the roughly 20 to 40 daily actions that stay safe. Waalaxy has no equivalent. One seat drives one LinkedIn account, and running five clients means five separate subscriptions, five dashboards, and manual coordination to stop overlapping outreach. The same 2026 reviews note that HeyReach dashboard performance degrades past roughly 20 senders, so the ceiling exists in both products. It just sits far higher in one of them.

If you are running your own single profile, none of this is worth paying for. If your LinkedIn outreach is a service you deliver to other people, it is the whole product.

Which tool is safer for your LinkedIn account?

Neither is safe in an absolute sense, because LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits third-party automation software outright, and that applies to HeyReach, Waalaxy, and every other tool in this category including GTM Bud. The architectural difference is still real. HeyReach runs from the cloud, so nothing touches your live browser session and campaigns continue with your laptop closed. Waalaxy runs as a Chrome extension, the category LinkedIn’s own help documentation names most directly, and 2026 reviews report that campaigns pause when the browser is closed or the machine is off. User reviews on G2 for Waalaxy, which carry a 4.6 rating across more than 600 reviews, and on G2 for HeyReach both include restriction reports, and for Waalaxy those range from bans within 48 hours of first use to accounts that ran for years untouched. Architecture shifts the odds. It does not decide the outcome.

Across the campaigns our agency has run, the accounts that got restricted were nearly always the ones pushing volume with generic messages, whatever tool sent them. Conservative daily caps, gradual ramp-up, and copy people actually want to answer protect an account better than either vendor’s safety page. Our guide to LinkedIn connection request limits covers the current caps and a ramp-up schedule that holds up.

Can either tool run real email outreach?

Not in the way a dedicated cold email platform does, and they fail in different directions.

HeyReach has no native email at all. Multichannel happens through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead, and EmailBison, which sync leads in both directions so a reply on one channel pauses the sequence on the other. That is a genuinely clean handoff, and it is better than the Zapier duct tape most stacks run on. It is also a second subscription, a second deliverability problem, and a second bill.

Waalaxy has email, on credits, on the top tier. Its email finder is included in paid plans, and 2026 reviews list cold email sequences as a Business-tier feature. What it does not have is mailbox warm-up or deliverability tooling, so it cannot anchor an email-first strategy. On the two cheaper plans you are LinkedIn-only.

Both approaches leave you assembling a stack. Our roundup of the best LinkedIn automation tools for 2026 covers where each option sits once email enters the picture.

Which one fits your team?

Pick HeyReach if LinkedIn outreach is something you deliver for other people. Multiple client profiles, sender rotation, lead deduplication, a shared inbox, whitelabel branding, and free human seats add up to a product built for that job. You accept no free tier, no native email, and reliability complaints in reviews that cluster around campaign start delays, sequence saving failures, and account syncing.

Pick Waalaxy if you are one person with one LinkedIn profile and you want to be sending this week. The free plan lets you validate the motion before spending anything, the interface is the friendliest in the category, and the email finder saves you a separate data subscription. You accept a Chrome extension tied to your machine, per-seat pricing that multiplies badly, and email locked behind the top individual tier.

Pick neither if the reason outreach is not happening is that nobody has time to feed the tool. That is a different problem, and the rest of this article is about it.

What both tools still leave on your plate

Strip away the pricing pages and both products solve the same narrow problem: getting messages out of a LinkedIn account without you clicking send. Three jobs sit outside that boundary, and all three decide whether anyone replies.

The lead list. Neither tool tells you which 500 people are worth contacting. Waalaxy will find email addresses for a list you already built. HeyReach will not even do that. Segmentation, signal selection, and exclusion logic remain manual work.

The copywriting. Both give you templates and variable substitution. Neither researches a prospect and writes something specific to them. Based on data from more than 4,000 campaigns run by Referral Program Pros, targeting and copy move results far more than sequence mechanics do, and that is precisely the layer these tools do not touch.

Reply handling. HeyReach’s unified inbox puts the replies in one place, which is real value at scale. It does not qualify them, answer them, or book the meeting. Waalaxy charges extra for the inbox and stops there too.

Add those up and the subscription is the cheapest part of running either tool. The expensive part is the weekly hours, and neither vendor prices it because neither vendor sells it.

The third option: stop operating the tool

HeyReach and Waalaxy sell the same operating model at different scales: you run the software. GTM Bud sells the opposite. You define your ideal customer profile, and the platform researches each prospect, writes personalized messages from the playbooks our agency uses daily, and runs coordinated LinkedIn outreach automation and email sequences through to booked meetings.

Pricing is a flat monthly rate per connected sending account: $350 per month per LinkedIn account, covering up to 1,200 leads contacted per month, and $150 per month per email sending account, covering 600 sends per month, with a 7-day trial. There are no per-lead or per-campaign charges, and no separate bills for data, copywriting, or a second platform to carry the email channel. Every campaign carries the guarantee neither HeyReach nor Waalaxy offers: 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund.

The honest limitation: you give up the controls. There is no sender rotation dashboard, no sequence builder, and no free tier to experiment in. If operating outreach software is work you enjoy and are good at, one of these two tools will fit you better. If the campaigns only exist when someone else runs them, that is the job GTM Bud was built for, and our HeyReach alternative breakdown covers the switch in detail.

Frequently asked questions about HeyReach vs Waalaxy

Does HeyReach or Waalaxy offer a free plan?

Only Waalaxy. Pricing reviews published in 2026 list a permanent free plan at around 80 LinkedIn invitations per month, one of the most generous free tiers in the category. HeyReach has no free tier and instead offers a 14-day trial with no credit card required, covering up to three connected LinkedIn accounts, with longer trials on higher tiers available by request. If a permanent free plan is a hard requirement, HeyReach is out of the running before the comparison starts.

How many LinkedIn accounts do you need before HeyReach costs less than Waalaxy?

Roughly at the point where you are managing five or more sending accounts and need them coordinated. At one or two accounts, Waalaxy entry pricing listed near 19 euros per user per month in 2026 reviews is clearly cheaper than HeyReach per-sender rates that the same class of sources places between $59 and $79. At 25 senders, the HeyReach Agency bundle listed at $999 per month works out near $40 per sender with rotation and a shared inbox included, which Waalaxy per-seat pricing cannot match.

Does either tool find prospect email addresses for you?

Waalaxy does, through email finder credits bundled into its paid plans, with 2026 reviews listing 25 credits on Pro and 500 on the higher tiers. HeyReach does not include enrichment, so you supply email data from a separate provider. Neither one decides who belongs on the list in the first place, which is the part that actually moves reply rates, and it is the part LinkedIn DM automation done for you is meant to absorb.

Can I run HeyReach and Waalaxy on the same LinkedIn account?

You can technically connect both, but it is a bad idea. Two tools acting on one profile stack their activity without knowing about each other, so your real daily volume becomes the sum of two independent limit settings. That is exactly the pattern that triggers restrictions. Pick one tool per sending account and set the daily caps conservatively inside it.

How do team seats work in HeyReach and Waalaxy?

HeyReach bills per connected LinkedIn sender rather than per human, so adding teammates, virtual assistants, or client users to the dashboard does not add cost. Waalaxy bills per seat, so every additional operator is another subscription, with a custom Enterprise tier for five or more seats. For an agency with several people managing many client profiles, that structural difference matters more than the headline price.

Buy the sending layer, or buy the meetings

The HeyReach vs Waalaxy decision comes down to one question: how many LinkedIn accounts are you responsible for? One, and Waalaxy’s free plan and 19 euro entry tier are the rational choice, with a Chrome extension and a per-seat bill as the price of that simplicity. Several, especially for clients, and HeyReach’s sender rotation, deduplication, and shared inbox are worth every dollar of a per-sender model that gets cheaper as you scale.

Just answer the harder question before you subscribe to either. Neither price covers the list building, the copywriting, or the reply handling, and those are the three things that decide whether the sending was worth doing at all. If buying those hours back is the actual goal, skip the tool aisle and look at done-for-you outbound, where the research, the copy, and the sending arrive together, backed by a reply-rate guarantee and a 7-day trial.
