Prospeo Pricing: The 10-Credit Phone Math

Prospeo pricing runs $49 to $249 per user in 2026 coverage. See the credit ladder, the 10-credit mobile math, the seat multiplier, and the no-rollover reset.

Disclosure: GTM Bud is our product. We include it alongside competitors to give you a complete picture, and we call out its limitations honestly.

Prospeo pricing looks simple on the sticker: a free tier, then $49, $99, and $249 per month per the 2026 coverage. The real price lives in three multipliers the sticker never shows. A mobile number costs 10 credits while an email costs 1, so your channel mix can move the effective price of the same plan by an order of magnitude. Every paid plan is priced per user, so a five-person team pays five stickers. And credits reportedly reset every month with no rollover, so a slow sourcing month quietly donates its allowance back to the vendor. This guide decodes the reported ladder, works the 10-credit phone math explicitly, multiplies out the seat pricing, tests the no-rollover clock against the one source that disputes it, and prints every disagreement we found in the record side by side.

We decode these meters as operators, not reviewers. Our parent agency, Referral Program Pros, has booked over 7,000 meetings across more than 4,000 outbound campaigns, and GTM Bud is that agency playbook turned into software, backed by a written guarantee: 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund. Contact finding is a line item in every one of those campaigns, so we know which billing clauses move a budget and which are framing. If your question is which finder to use instead, start with our Prospeo alternatives roundup or the wider best email finder tools guide; this article is for decoding the bill.

One sourcing note before the numbers. Prospeo’s own website was not reachable from our research environment, so every figure below rests on named third-party coverage and search captures: Emelia’s September 2026 pricing guide, which it publishes in four languages, ColdIQ’s Prospeo pricing post and its mobile-finder benchmark, FullEnrich’s dedicated Prospeo pricing page, LeadMagic’s comparison page, a July 2026 pricing check from Satellyte, reviews from SalesRobot, Bouncer, and SyncGTM, search captures of Prospeo’s own help-center plans overview, and the pricing and review pages on G2. Emelia, ColdIQ, FullEnrich, LeadMagic, Satellyte, SalesRobot, and Bouncer all sell competing or adjacent data and outbound products, so most of the detailed record is rival-published. We flag that provenance wherever we lean on it, and where sources disagree, we print both figures rather than quietly picking one.

How much does Prospeo cost in 2026?

Prospeo costs a reported $49 per user per month for 2,000 credits on its Starter plan, $99 for 5,000 on Growth, and $249 for 15,000 on Pro, per Emelia’s September 2026 pricing guide, with annual billing cutting those to $37, $74, and $187 per month, a 25 percent discount by the same source. Search captures of Prospeo’s own help-center plans overview confirm the 2,000-credit Starter allowance and the per-user billing. A free plan sits underneath at 75 or 100 credits, disputed between FullEnrich’s dedicated pricing page and the Emelia and help-center figures. ColdIQ’s pricing post prints an older-looking ladder instead: $39 for 1,000 credits, $99 for 5,000, $199 for 20,000, and a $369 Business tier at 50,000. Every figure here is a third-party snapshot of a vendor page we could not reach, so treat the ladder as a map, not a quote.

Here is the reported 2026 ladder in one table, with disagreements printed in place. All paid prices are per user.

PlanReported priceReported credits/moSources
Free$075 or 100 (disputed)FullEnrich vs Emelia, help-center captures; G2 lists free
Starter$49/mo, $37/mo annual; ColdIQ prints $392,000 or 1,000 (disputed)Emelia, help-center captures vs ColdIQ, FullEnrich
Growth$99/mo, $74/mo annual5,000Emelia and ColdIQ agree on this rung
Pro$249/mo, $187/mo annual; ColdIQ: $19915,000 or 20,000 (disputed)Emelia, help-center captures vs ColdIQ
Business$369/mo50,000ColdIQ only; no other source prints this tier

Two hedges before you trust any row. First, the two detailed ladders cannot both be current: Emelia’s September 2026 guide and the help-center captures describe a four-plan, per-user model topping out at Pro, while ColdIQ prints five rungs with different allowances at nearly every price. The most likely reconciliation is that ColdIQ captured an earlier page version, which also matches the FullEnrich and ColdIQ figures our own Prospeo alternatives roundup relayed in September. Second, the annual story itself is disputed: Emelia prints a 25 percent annual discount with the year’s credits granted upfront, while ColdIQ’s post states annual billing does not lower the monthly rate. Those cannot describe the same checkout, so screenshot the billing toggle you actually buy from.

What does a Prospeo credit buy, and why does a phone cost ten?

A mobile number costs 10 Prospeo credits against 1 credit for a found and verified email and 0.5 for verifying an address you already have, per ColdIQ’s pricing breakdown, with reviews from Bouncer and SalesRobot repeating the 10-credit phone rate. That multiplier, not the sticker, sets your real price. By our own division on Emelia’s reported ladder, a Starter credit costs about 2.45 cents on monthly billing, so an email costs 2.45 cents and a mobile number about 24.5 cents. Work every lead with one email plus one phone and a lead costs 11 credits, which turns Starter’s 2,000 credits into roughly 181 fully worked leads instead of 2,000 email-only ones. ColdIQ’s own benchmark prices a found Prospeo number at $0.39, which is exactly 10 credits at the 3.9-cent entry rate on its $39-for-1,000 reading of the ladder. The meter is consistent; the channel mix is what moves the bill.

Run the mix math before picking a tier, because the same plan supports three very different teams. An email-only team gets the full face value: 2,000 contacts a month on Starter. A team that pulls a phone for every second contact averages 6 credits per lead, by our own arithmetic, so the same 2,000 credits cover about 333 leads. A phone-every-time team gets about 181. That is an 11x spread in leads per dollar on one plan, from one exchange rate, and it is why two operators quoting you their Prospeo cost per lead can both be right while disagreeing by an order of magnitude. The single-lookup billing is reportedly fair about misses, with coverage from ColdIQ and SyncGTM describing credits spent only when a verified result comes back, though the bulk caveat our Prospeo alternatives guide documented still stands: test a small file first. The credits feed a LinkedIn extension and bulk workflows, so if your lists start in Sales Navigator, our guide to exporting leads from Sales Navigator shows what that pipeline looks like end to end.

Per-credit cost across the Emelia ladder, by our own division: Starter runs about 2.45 cents monthly or 1.85 annual, Growth about 2 cents monthly or 1.48 annual, and Pro about 1.66 cents monthly or 1.25 annual. The curve is flatter than most rivals’ ladders: climbing from Starter to Pro only cuts the unit price by about a third, so upgrades mostly buy allowance, not meaningfully cheaper credits. On ColdIQ’s disputed reading the curve is steeper, from 3.9 cents at entry down to about 0.74 cents on the Business tier, which is one more reason the two-ladder conflict matters to your budget.

How does the per-seat multiplier reprice the ladder?

Every paid Prospeo plan is priced per user, per search captures of Prospeo’s help-center plans overview, which also describe credits granted per user per month and additional seats billed pro-rated, and Emelia’s guide confirms the per-user model. The multiplication is linear and unforgiving. LeadMagic’s comparison page, written by a direct competitor, works the example: a five-person team on Growth pays $495 per month. By our own multiplication, the same five seats on annual billing run $370 per month, or $4,440 per year, and a three-seat Pro team pays $747 monthly or $561 on the annual rate. Per-credit cost does not improve as seats stack: five Growth seats buy 25,000 credits at the same roughly 2 cents each, so a team gets more allowance but no volume discount for bringing more people.

The clause to verify before you add seats is pooling. None of the coverage we read describes a shared team credit pool; the help-center captures phrase allowances as per user per month, which reads as siloed. Siloed allowances punish uneven teams: if one SDR burns 5,000 credits while two teammates use 500 each, the team paid for 15,000 and consumed 6,000, and on a monthly reset the other 9,000 reportedly vanish at renewal. A shared pool would make the same team whole. That one clause changes the effective price by more than the entire annual discount, and we could not confirm it from outside the vendor’s site, so make it the first question you ask at checkout.

Does the no-rollover clock really reset every month?

Prospeo credits reportedly do not roll over on monthly billing. Emelia’s September 2026 guide states credits reset at each billing cycle with no carry-forward, ColdIQ’s breakdown prints the same reset, and G2’s review summaries list credits expiring monthly among the recurring user frustrations across roughly 400 reviews. One source dissents: a July 2026 pricing check from Satellyte reported that the newer per-user plans roll unused credits into the next cycle, a reading no other coverage we found repeats. The annual plan softens the clock a different way: per Emelia and the help-center captures, yearly billing grants the full year of credits upfront in one pool, which behaves like unlimited rollover inside the subscription year. The safe read is a hard monthly reset on monthly billing, a yearly pool on annual billing, and a screenshot of whichever policy you buy.

The upfront annual pool is the quietly important clause in that paragraph. On monthly billing, a use-it-or-lose-it meter taxes every uneven month: sourcing pauses for a product launch or a holiday stretch, and the allowance expires anyway. On the reported annual model, the whole year’s credits arrive on day one, so January’s quiet month funds March’s sprint. That makes the annual toggle worth more than its printed 25 percent, per Emelia’s discount figure, to any team whose sourcing is bursty, and based on data from over 4,000 outbound campaigns run by our parent agency, Referral Program Pros, sourcing volume is always bursty: it follows campaign launches, not calendar months. The trade is the usual one, a year of commitment to a tool you may outgrow, judged against a meter that stops confiscating your quiet months.

Where the Prospeo pricing coverage disagrees

Five conflicts in the printed record are worth naming before you buy. First, the free tier: Emelia and the help-center captures describe 100 monthly credits, while FullEnrich’s dedicated page prints 75 plus 100 extension credits. Second, the Starter rung: Emelia and the help-center captures print $49 for 2,000 credits, while ColdIQ and FullEnrich print $39 for 1,000, which moves the entry per-credit price from about 2.45 cents to 3.9 by our own division. Third, the top of the ladder: Emelia prints Pro at $249 for 15,000 credits, ColdIQ prints $199 for 20,000 plus a $369 Business tier at 50,000 that no other source mentions. Fourth, the annual discount: 25 percent with upfront credits per Emelia, against ColdIQ’s claim that annual billing does not lower the monthly rate. Fifth, rollover: a monthly reset per Emelia, ColdIQ, and the G2 complaint summaries, against Satellyte’s July 2026 report of rollover on the newer plans. Every publisher in that list except G2 sells a competing product, and the spread itself is the finding: when this many motivated observers disagree, the pricing page has been moving, and your screenshot at checkout is the only figure that binds.

What a per-credit meter leaves undone

A found contact is the cheapest input in outbound, and Prospeo’s scope ends there by design. The coverage agrees on the boundary: it is a finder and verifier with an extension, bulk tools, and an API, not a sequencer, so the targeting, the copy, the sending infrastructure, the follow-ups, and the reply handling all live outside the credit meter, each with its own subscription. Based on data from over 4,000 outbound campaigns run by our parent agency, Referral Program Pros, targeting and message quality move reply rates far more than which vendor found the email, which means the metered part of the stack is rarely where results are won or lost. An operator budgeting for meetings rather than contacts is really shopping for a cold email automation tool or a full AI outbound sales tool, with the finder as one component inside it.

GTM Bud sits on the other side of that boundary. You define your ideal customer profile, and the platform researches matching prospects, sources and verifies contact data inside each campaign, writes personalized messages from the playbooks our agency uses daily, and runs coordinated LinkedIn and email sequences through to booked meetings, with every campaign carrying the reply-rate guarantee stated at the top. The honest limitation cuts the other way: GTM Bud is done-for-you outbound, not a self-serve data tool, so there is no 2-cent credit, no browsable database, and no free 100-lookup tier. A team that only needs contacts for a sending stack it already runs should buy the finder and skip the platform.

Frequently asked questions about Prospeo pricing

Does Prospeo have a free plan?

Yes, though the coverage disagrees on its size. Emelia’s September 2026 guide and search captures of Prospeo’s own help-center plans overview describe 100 free credits per month, and G2’s pricing page lists a free tier, while FullEnrich’s dedicated Prospeo pricing page prints 75 credits plus 100 extension credits. The safe read is a small allowance between 75 and 100 credits, enough for an accuracy spot check against contacts whose addresses you already know and nothing more. At 10 credits per mobile number, the free tier covers at most 7 to 10 phone lookups.

Do Prospeo credits roll over if you do not use them?

Reportedly no, on monthly billing. Emelia’s September 2026 guide states credits reset at each billing cycle, ColdIQ’s pricing breakdown prints the same monthly reset, and G2’s review summaries list credits expiring monthly among recurring user complaints. One source dissents: a July 2026 pricing check from Satellyte reported the newer per-user plans rolling unused credits forward, a reading no other coverage we found repeats. Annual billing softens the clock differently: per Emelia, yearly plans grant the full year of credits upfront in one pool. Assume a hard monthly reset unless the live checkout says otherwise.

How many credits does a Prospeo mobile number cost?

Ten credits, against 1 credit for a found and verified email and 0.5 for verifying an address you already have, per ColdIQ’s pricing breakdown, with reviews from Bouncer and SalesRobot repeating the 10-credit phone rate. By our own division on Emelia’s reported ladder, that prices a mobile number at about 24.5 cents on Starter monthly billing and about 12.5 cents on Pro annual. ColdIQ’s own benchmark prints $0.39 per found Prospeo number on its $39-for-1,000 reading. A phone-led motion drains an allowance ten times faster than an email-led one, so price the plan against your channel mix.

Is Prospeo priced per user or per team?

Per user, on every paid plan. Search captures of Prospeo’s help-center plans overview state that all paid plans are priced per user with credits granted per user per month and additional seats billed pro-rated, and Emelia’s September 2026 guide confirms the per-user model. LeadMagic’s comparison page, written by a competitor, works the multiplication: a 5-person team on Growth pays $495 per month. None of the coverage we read describes a shared team credit pool, so budget seats times sticker and verify pooling at checkout before adding your team.

Is Prospeo worth $49 a month?

For an email-first finder, the reported unit economics are competitive: about 2.45 cents per credit on the Starter monthly reading and about 1.25 cents on Pro annual, by our own division on Emelia’s reported ladder, with G2 reviewers rating the product 4.6 out of 5 across roughly 400 reviews. The limits are the meter itself: a 10x phone rate, per-seat multiplication, and credits that reportedly expire monthly. A Prospeo credit ends at a contact, so if the line in your budget says meetings rather than contacts, automated lead generation that bundles sourcing, copy, and sending prices the outcome instead of the input.

Price the meter against your mix, or skip the meter

The honest read on Prospeo pricing in 2026: the unit price is competitive and the multipliers are where budgets go wrong. At roughly 2.45 cents per credit on the Starter monthly reading and 1.25 cents on Pro annual, by our own division on Emelia’s reported ladder, an email-only team gets fair economics and G2’s 4.6-out-of-5 crowd mostly agrees. But the same plan reprices itself three ways the sticker hides: a 10-credit mobile rate that can shrink 2,000 credits to 181 worked leads, a per-user model that multiplies every tier by your headcount with no reported shared pool, and a monthly reset that confiscates quiet months unless you commit to the annual upfront pool. Add the record’s open disputes, two incompatible ladders, two incompatible annual policies, and a contested rollover clause, and the only safe budget is one built on a screenshot of the live checkout. The deeper finding costs nothing to print: every rung prices an input. GTM Bud prices the output instead: done-for-you outbound at $600 per month per connected LinkedIn account with 1,000 leads included and a 14-day trial, with sourcing and verification built into every campaign and a guarantee written against outcomes, 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund. Prospeo sells you the contact. We would rather be on the hook for the reply.
