11x Pricing: The $36K vs $45K Question

11x pricing decoded: Alice at $3,750 a month billed annually, the $36,000 figure in the vendor FAQ, and the Vendr contract data on what buyers really pay.

Disclosure: GTM Bud is our product. We include it alongside competitors to give you a complete picture, and we call out its limitations honestly.

11x pricing has a problem no spreadsheet can hide: the vendor’s own pages disagree with each other. The published Alice Growth plan is $3,750 per month billed annually, which is $45,000 a year, while the FAQ on the same 11x pricing property says pricing starts at $36,000 per year, per checkthat’s 2026 pricing breakdown of the published page. That is a 20 percent gap between two numbers printed by the same company, and it is the single most useful fact in this article, because it tells you the sticker is an opening position, not a price. This guide decodes the published ladder, the conflict, the Vendr contract data that shows what buyers actually sign, and the arithmetic a $40,000-a-year AI SDR has to beat.

Straight disclosure before the numbers: we have not run 11x ourselves, so this is a research-based decode, with every figure attributed to the named coverage that published it and rival-authored sources flagged as such. The evaluator’s lens is first-hand, though. Our parent agency, Referral Program Pros, has booked over 7,000 meetings across more than 4,000 outbound campaigns, and we built GTM Bud on that agency’s playbook, backed by a written guarantee: 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund. Pricing outbound for a living is exactly why a two-price pricing page catches our eye.

What does 11x actually cost in 2026?

11x costs $3,750 per month for the Alice Growth plan, billed annually, which works out to $45,000 a year, per checkthat’s 2026 pricing breakdown of the published page. The same breakdown notes that the FAQ on 11x’s own pricing property says pricing starts at $36,000 a year, a lower figure the vendor prints beside its own sticker. Growth covers up to five end users and 2,000 new prospects a month, with Pro and Enterprise custom-quoted. Julian, the phone and chat agent, is priced as his own worker: $5,333 a month for voice and $2,417 a month for chat on Growth terms, per 11x’s product pages as indexed by search. Every plan bills annually, with no monthly option and no free trial. Procurement data adds a third number: Vendr’s contract records show a median signed deal of $40,125 a year, as cited by miniloop’s and formanorden’s 2026 guides.

Where this ladder sits against Artisan and AiSDR is its own question, and our Artisan vs 11x vs AiSDR comparison runs that head-to-head. This article stays on the bill itself, starting with the two numbers that do not match.

Why does 11x’s own site show two different prices?

Nobody outside 11x knows for certain, so here is the conflict printed straight, with both attributions. As of checkthat’s September 2026 snapshot, the pricing page’s headline is $3,750 per month billed annually, which multiplies to $45,000 a year by our own arithmetic, while the FAQ on the same property answers the cost question with “starts at $36,000 per year.” The same two figures, $45,000 and a $36,000 floor, appear across the 2026 coverage from syncgtm’s Alice review and growthtechspotlight’s platform review, which track the published page rather than resolve the gap.

Three readings fit the facts. The FAQ could be stale, left over from an earlier package. The $36,000 could be a real negotiated floor that marketing prints while sales anchors higher. Or the two figures could describe different configurations that the page no longer distinguishes. For a buyer, the reading does not matter; the move does. A vendor that publishes $36,000 anywhere has conceded that $36,000 deals exist, so open there, and get whichever number survives the call in writing. Our earlier 11x review and alternatives roundup anchored on the $3,750 published sticker; the FAQ figure is newer information, printed here as the explicit conflict it is, and both remain live on the record until 11x reconciles its own pages.

What do buyers really pay, per Vendr’s contract data?

Buyers sign 11x contracts at a median of $40,125 a year, with a typical range of $38,250 to $65,550, per Vendr’s procurement data as cited in miniloop’s 2026 Alice cost guide and formanorden’s 2026 AI SDR pricing guide, with miniloop flagged here as a competing GTM automation vendor. That median lands about 11 percent below the $45,000 published sticker by our own division, which confirms what the two-price pricing page implied: list is negotiable. The top of the range matters just as much. At $65,550, a buyer paid roughly 46 percent over sticker, which is what expanded volume and added channels do to this bill. One caution on the dataset itself: a snapshot of Vendr’s own marketplace listing surfaced a higher median near $55,050 during our research, so the procurement medians move as new contracts land, and the range is the sturdier number to budget against.

The expansion path is where the quiet money is. Miniloop’s guide, again a rival source, reports multi-channel Growth configurations with expanded contact volumes rising to $6,500 to $8,500 a month, roughly $78,000 to $102,000 a year, and 2026 procurement guides including MarketBetter’s analysis put realistic first-year totals at $45,000 to $60,000 once typical add-ons are counted. Stale numbers circulate too: estimates near $5,000 a month date from the years 11x kept all pricing gated and still appear in current roundups, including Landbase’s 2026 breakdown, which also prints $50,000 to $90,000 contract ranges. Where the gated-era figures and the published page disagree, trust neither; trust the itemized quote.

Where the 11x pricing coverage contradicts itself

Two more disagreements in the printed record deserve flags before you model the bill. First, setup fees. MarketBetter’s procurement analysis reported implementation fees frequently above $3,000, and we printed that figure in our earlier coverage, while checkthat’s 2026 breakdown of the published Growth plan reports onboarding, mailbox warmup, deliverability support, and CRM sync included with no separate setup fees. Both can be true across different eras and tiers of the same vendor, which is precisely why the line belongs in your written quote rather than your assumptions.

Second, contact data. Independent comparisons through mid-2026, including our own roundup, reported that 11x ships without a proprietary contact database, making lead data a separate line item. Checkthat’s breakdown of the current published plan reports contact data for the 2,000 monthly prospects included in Growth. If data is genuinely bundled now, that materially improves the $45,000 math; if your volume outruns the included allowance, the old separate-line-item reality returns. Ask what data source feeds the prospects, what happens at prospect 2,001, and whether your niche is actually covered, because an agent with nobody to write to produces nothing. Where sources disagree like this, verify at the contract stage, not the demo.

What does a $40,000-a-year AI SDR have to out-produce?

Run the arithmetic before the demo runs you. The Vendr median of $40,125 a year is $3,344 a month by our own division. Price it per meeting: at 10 booked meetings a month that is $334 each, at five it is $669, and our cost per meeting benchmarks article gives you the market rates to judge those numbers against. Against a US human SDR near $100,000 a year all-in, our founder’s figure from hiring and managing them, 11x at $40,000 is a plausible substitution. Against the rest of the AI SDR market, where our AI SDR pricing breakdown maps entry agents from $499 a month, it is the most expensive published entry point in the category, and the annual commitment prices in a risk the cheaper tiers do not: TechCrunch’s March 2025 investigation reported sources describing roughly 70 to 80 percent churn among early customers, figures 11x’s founder disputed, and a churned annual contract refunds nothing.

That is the decode in one sentence: 11x pricing only works when the agent’s output clears the salary it replaces, not the software it competes with. For the salary case you need volume Alice can feed on, roughly 2,000 prospects a month of real addressable market, and an ops function to supervise her. For everyone else, the comparison that matters is cost per positive reply against an AI outbound sales tool priced by the month, where a failed test costs you one billing cycle instead of a contract year.

Frequently asked questions about 11x pricing

How much does 11x AI cost per month?

The published entry point is Alice Growth at $3,750 per month billed annually, about $45,000 a year, per checkthat’s 2026 coverage, while the FAQ on 11x’s own pricing property says pricing starts at $36,000 a year. Pro and Enterprise are custom-quoted. Vendr’s procurement data records a median signed contract of $40,125 a year per miniloop’s and formanorden’s guides, so budget between $36,000 and $45,000 for an entry deal before add-ons, and verify the live number in writing.

Does 11x offer monthly billing or a free trial?

No to both. Every published plan bills annually through a sales-led process per checkthat’s and miniloop’s 2026 coverage, miniloop additionally reports two- and three-year commitment options with discount tiers, and 2026 reviewers describe inflexible contracts with limited opt-outs. If you want to test the channel before prepaying a year, GTM Bud’s done-for-you outbound runs on monthly terms with a 14-day trial, which is the contract shape that lets you leave after one honest sending cycle.

How much does the Julian voice agent cost?

Julian is a separate worker on top of Alice: $5,333 a month for voice on Growth terms with about 2,000 calls a month, and $2,417 a month for chat with about 3,000 chats, per 11x’s product pages as indexed by search. Both bill annually, which puts Julian voice near $64,000 a year by our own multiplication. Budget him as his own line item, not as an included channel.

Can you negotiate 11x pricing?

Yes, and the spread proves it. Vendr records deals from $38,250 to $65,550 a year with a $40,125 median, per the figures cited in miniloop’s and formanorden’s 2026 guides, and that median sits under the $45,000 published sticker. The vendor’s own $36,000 FAQ figure is a defensible opening anchor. Negotiate the term length and exit clauses with the same energy as the price, because the annual commitment is where the downside lives.

What does the 11x Growth plan include?

Per checkthat’s 2026 coverage, Growth includes up to five end users, 2,000 new prospects a month, contact data, deliverability support, mailbox warmup, CRM sync, and onboarding with no separate setup fees. The record disagrees with itself here: MarketBetter reported implementation fees frequently above $3,000, and earlier comparisons reported no proprietary database. Treat the inclusions list as a negotiation checklist and get every line itemized in the contract.

Pay for replies, not for the org chart

The 11x pricing decode reduces to three numbers and one rule. The numbers: $45,000 published, $36,000 in the vendor’s own FAQ, $40,125 at the median of what buyers actually signed per Vendr’s data. The rule: when a vendor prints two prices and signs a third, every figure is an opening position, so negotiate from the lowest one on the record and put the result, the inclusions, and the exit clause in writing. If your team can feed 2,000 prospects a month and you are consciously replacing a salary, that negotiation is worth having. If you are a founder or a small team buying meetings rather than replacing headcount, a $40,000 annual prepay is the wrong shape of risk entirely. We built the other shape: GTM Bud’s AI SDR for small business runs sourced leads, practitioner copy, and coordinated LinkedIn and email sending at $600 per month per LinkedIn sender account, or $1,500 quarterly, on a 14-day trial, with the guarantee written against the only number that pays you back: 5 percent positive replies on LinkedIn or 1.5 percent on email, or a full refund. Price the contract against the reply, and let the vendor carry the risk for once.
